Each registered WordPress home URL counts toward your 1, 5 or 25-site allowance for Pro activation, updates and support. A copied site needs its own activation.

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Annual subscriptions renew at the agreed base price plus applicable VAT until cancelled. You can stop the next renewal in your purchase account.
What if I cancel?
Your downloads, updates and written support remain available for the paid period. After successful activation, installed local features continue on that site after the period ends or while offline. Normal recording retention and storage limits still apply.
Are recordings hosted by Frictions?
No. Recordings stay on your WordPress hosting. Your host supplies the database space, processing and backups.
What is the refund policy?
Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of an initial purchase or annual renewal, including after downloading. Cancelling the next renewal is a separate action. Submit a withdrawal notice or read the refund terms and statutory-rights information.
How do I access a purchase I already made?
Sign in to your account using your purchase email. You can set up or reset your password there, or contact support if you need help.
